es un lugar común afirmar que en estados unidos hay gente para todo. desde los que juegan concursos de salto en rana hasta la liga mundial de béisbol. bueno, también hay fanáticos del soccer y son tan sanguíneos como cualquier habitante de la cap.fed. tomemos el caso de chris, quien en el blog del mundial del usatoday, dispara: "This team is the worst team I have seen in the world cup so far. I would put my youth 77 select team against these clowns. I could stand their flat footed and watch them dribble around me all day too! Can this team press? All this team does is play controlled kick ball. I would rather tham just send it up the field and let some one who can dribble get the ball and put pressure on their defense. All they have to do is counter with quick strike but, thats hard to do when you do not press". ojo, también están los que de verdad les importa un carajo el fútbol, como james, de houston, que con su etnocentrismo petrolero y probush seguramente, jode a los fans con un despreciativo: "Soccer sucks and we suck at it". hernanii tenía francas ilusiones con su second team, pero creo que los chechos fueron mucho para estos entusiastas. igual, creo que el día que los yankis se pongan a jugar en serio, pueden ser un equipo de temer.
